		<title>XipLink Acquires Trispen Technologies “@TheOffice” Business Unit</title>

		<description>Pretoria based Trispen Technologies announced today that the company is selling it&amp;rsquo;s &amp;ldquo;@TheOffice&amp;rdquo; business unit to Montreal based XipLink Inc.  The agreement covers transfer of intellectual property and the transfer of Trispen personnel into the newly formed South African branch, XipLink (Pty) Limited.  All material terms in the transaction have been agreed while the acquisition awaits South African Regulatory Approval.

&amp;ldquo;This agreement with Trispen Technologies provides significant additional value for our customers running XipLink Wireless Optimization software&amp;rdquo; said Jack Waters, CEO of XipLink, Inc. &amp;ldquo;With this combination, XipLink will be able to broaden our solutions to include VPN optimization over satellite while also providing more deployment options in devices such as wireless optimization appliances, embedded systems and end-user client packages&amp;rdquo;. The XipLink South Africa team includes core developers, technical support, sales, marketing, administration and senior management. The agreement also establishes South Africa as the support center for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia, thus allowing for worldwide time coverage by augmenting the existing support centers in Montreal and Reston, Virginia.</description>
