Trispen Technologies

Since 1999 Trispen Technologies has been creating Secure Virtual Private Network (SVPN) products for Internet Protocol (IP) networks. With extensive experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and embedded network development, Trispen is recognised as South Africa’s leading developer of cryptographic network security products.

Trispen’s solutions comprise of two primary product suites:

• IP-Granite addresses the specialised security requirements of governmental, defence and specialist financial institutions for SVPN deployments. IP-Granite solutions are used in wired and wireless networking environments, including satellite networks.
  

• @TheOffice is comprised of two independent subscription-based services: @TheOffice - Wherever! which enables remote or roaming staff members to securely access their office network via any number of Internet connectivity options. @TheOffice - Together! connects office and branch networks together over a secure Internet VPN.

With increasing frequency Trispen is approached to perform development work for our partners’ turnkey projects or specialist product creations. Trispen’s experienced team ensures that the deliverables match exacting standards and fall within the parameters of the project brief.

Trispen is following a white-label business model in addition to providing the product under its own brand, and has already established partnerships with the largest South African Internet Service provider - MWEB, as well as a number of international ISPs and software republishers.

Trispen was one of three finalists for the South African Minister's Award for Small/Medium Enterprises, as well as one of the three finalists for Leader in Innovation at the Technology Top 100 Awards 2006. This is the second year that Trispen has been included in the Technology Top 100 as a qualifying company.
