This web site is intended to provide the user with information regarding Trispen Technologies (Pty) Ltd and its products and services. Furthermore, the products and services may be purchased online by the user. Trispen expressly reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to alter or amend any criteria or information set out in this web site without notice.

Terms of agreement:

Placing an item in a shopping basket without completing the purchase cycle does not: constitute an agreement of sale between Trispen or it merchants and users cannot hold Trispen liable if such items are not available when the purchase cycle is completed later; and/or constitute an order for such an item; and Trispen may remove such an item from the shopping basket if no stock is available. Trispen will endeavour though to advise the client of the stock status before the item is placed is the shopping basket; and an agreement of sale between Trispen and a user only comes into effect if and when a credit card authorisation is received from the issuing bank; or a deposit or an electronic transfer is reflected on Trispen’s bank statement (and only if such payment is received within 5 (five) business days after completion of the purchase cycle); or A direct deposit is reflected on Trispen’s bank statement (and only if such payment is received within 5 (five) business days after completion of the purchase cycle; and an acknowledgement of a transactions concluded has been sent to you, the user.

Trispen reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons therefor. Trispen also reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate. Trispen shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user.

Payment security:

SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol is used to ensure that your account information is subject to 128-bit encryption when you transact with Online Payments. Your credit or debit card account information is stored behind SetComs firewall on a secure server and 128-bit SSL encryption technology is used to protect it.

For each online purchase you make, Setcom will generate a unique, secure number. The highest level of encryption possible (up to 128-bit) will automatically be used when transmitting your data to an online shopping site. The encryption level depends on your PC, but in all cases a minimum of 128-bit encryption will be used.Setcom will also generate a transaction audit trail.

You will also be provided with a username during the registration process and you will need to select a password to access Online Payments.

You have the right to review, correct and cancel electronic transactions before you effect payment and/or place an order.
